Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband so our whole family could go together—and we’re all very inexperienced. We had such a great time! Greg and Kathy were amazing from start to finish, making the booking and the trip itself easy and enjoyable. They taught us the basics of fishing along with some interesting history about Milwaukee and Lake Michigan. We ended up catching 9 salmon and 2 rainbow trout and couldn’t have been happier. Greg cleaned the fish for us, and Kathy even shared cooking tips. Highly recommend!

The captain and first mate were fantastic—friendly, experienced, and made the entire trip enjoyable. We landed five fish total, including one big lake trout and four salmon. The crew knew exactly where to go and kept the energy up the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for a better day on Lake Michigan. Highly recommend!

Trip - Half Day Sunset Salmon and Trout Fishing Trip in Lake Michigan on September 12, 2025

We had a family trip planned for the charter with quite a span of ages and experiences- the youngest being almost 3 years old. Greg and Kathy were absolutely amazing and their boat perfectly accommodated us including an interior area (especially for the little one), a bathroom, and an overall sense of safety and comfort. They made us feel at home right away on the boat- it quickly felt like we were just fishing with friends! Greg and Kathy were great with communication and answering all of our (many) questions. We had so much fun and caught some amazing fish which will never be forgotten. Overall, I can't imagine a better charter for our family and we would gladly be back on their boat anytime.

Our fishing charter trip was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to Captain Greg and his First Mate. They were very friendly, professional, and made everyone feel right at home on their fishing vessel. Communication was spot-on, keeping us completely informed throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, sharing tips and stories that made the trip even more enjoyable. We caught 10 fish on our charter. Bringing in mostly king salmon (Chinook) and 1 Lake Trout. Highly recommend this charter for anyone looking for a fun fishing adventure.

Trip - Full Day Guided Salmon and Trout Fishing Trip in Lake Michigan on August 11, 2025

Our experience with Kings Full, captain Greg and his 1st Mate were outstanding, we did and 8 hour fishing trip which them which I would highly recommend , as fish move around the lake to feed in different locations due to weather and different water temperature’s and time of the year , 8 hours gives them time to locate them better if they moved from the previous trip, There was a lot of debris in the water from a 11” rain they got a couple days , which made the trip more challenging for captain Greg and his 1st Mate, our experience was still a 10 out 10 they worked extra hard all day to keep us on fish, We will definitely be back, Thank you from Me my 2 cousins and our boys !

Trip - Extended Half Day Afternoon Salmon and Trout Fishing Trip in Lake Michigan on July 21, 2025

2:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Fished a PM trip followed by one the next morning. The bite was tough due to extreme weather conditions days before but Captain Greg got us on fish and worked endlessly to keep us on them. His first mate Cathy handled lines and swapped out tackle with speed and great effort, timing and skill. Her instincts paid off leaving us with a full box of quality fish each trip. I have been on fifty or more Lake Michigan charters over the years and have never seen a crew like Captain Greg and First Mate Cathy work so smoothly together to fill our expectations and provide so much fun. Highly recommend them to everyone.
